Do my guests need to download an app or create an account?

No, guests do not need any app or login. They can simply scan your event’s QR code to upload photos and videos directly.
How many photos and videos can my guests upload?

There is no limit. Your guests can upload an unlimited number of photos and videos.
How do I share my event's page with my guests?

After creating your event page, you'll receive a custom QR code and a dedicated URL, which you can print or digitally share with your guests.
When can my guests start uploading photos and videos?

You set an “Upload Start Date” on your event page, from which point guests will have 12 months to upload their content.
How secure and private are my uploaded photos and videos?

All albums are private and can only be accessed using the unique QR code or URL provided to you. You may also set a “PIN” which can be a requirement to view and upload content to your event page.
